Submissions:
Submissions must be sent with the official congress template. First page must contain the complete abstract and in the following ones complete the information required.
Deadline of submissions will be September 12th, 2018. Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and applicants will be notified of the result by September 28th. Successful applicants will be provided with all necessary information.

The minutes of the congress will be published in book format with ISBN.

Submissions guidelines:

Oral communications:
The responsible of the communication will have 10 minutes for the presentation, 4 minutes for audience questions and 1 minute as transition between speakers.

Before the beginning of communications’ session, the speaker should inform the moderator of the room to identify him/herself.
​
The speaker must use the informatic means supplied by the organization, with an external flashdrive memory with the presentation.
​
Poster:
Only DIN A0 (118,9 x 84.1 cm) standard size posters will be accepted, portrait orientation.
​
Posters must be placed by the authors in the exposition room after registration.
​
At least one of the authors must stand with the poster during poster exhibition for its public defence.
​
